Every cohort, on one grid
Fourteen courses, each run four times in the training year that opens on 15 January 2027 — the first cohorts start on Monday 18 January — and closes on 2 June 2028: twice in person, in Nairobi and in Accra, and twice live virtual, on East Africa and on West Africa time. A venue or a virtual classroom never holds two cohorts at once, no two cohorts of the same course overlap, and the in-person cohorts in Nairobi and Accra never overlap, with at least three clear travel days between one and the next.
Four lanes: two cities, two time zones
Each row is a place a course is taught. Every course appears once in each row, and its four runs are spread across the year so both regions have an early and a late chance to take it, in person or online. Select any bar to read that course and take a place on it.

Scheduling rules
One course a school
Each numbered directory of the Academy is one course. The units inside it are its modules, and folders with no materials yet are listed as modules still to be written.
Five to ten days
A course runs four days plus one for each module, bounded to five and ten, with a day more where the modules average fifty or more specified hours. Executive Programmes run their audience tracks side by side in five days.
Four cohorts
In person in Nairobi, in person in Accra, live virtual on East Africa time and live virtual on West Africa time. A course’s four runs start at least four weeks apart and sit about a quarter apart where the calendar allows. In-person cohorts in Nairobi and Accra never run at the same time, and at least three clear days are left for travel between one and the next.
Holidays and order
A cohort does not teach on its hub’s public holidays — Kenya for Nairobi and East Africa time, Ghana for Accra and West Africa time — and runs on instead. Entry courses run first, and courses with a recommended earlier course follow it.
Enrolment, nomination and assessment
Individual enrolment opens eight weeks before the first contact day and institutional nominations close four weeks before, so a course can be built around the institution’s own questions. The final assessment is submitted within two weeks of the last contact day. Courses whose materials are still being written are held on the calendar from July 2027 and are confirmed when their materials pass review.

Cohorts absorbing a holiday
Public holidays are taken from the Kenyan and Ghanaian calendars. Eid dates are subject to sighting and are confirmed when gazetted; a cohort affected by a change is told before enrolment closes.
The build queue
These module folders exist in the Academy directories but carry no teaching materials yet. Where a course has other modules it is taught without them; Industry Modelling and Executive Programmes have none yet, so their dates are provisional.
