EDIS pricing for professionals, institutions and governments

Economic intelligence from individual analysis to national decision infrastructure. EDIS is economic development intelligence infrastructure — integrated policy modelling, public investment and budget intelligence, sector planning and economy-wide analysis. Institutional pricing reflects model configuration, national data integration, calibration, training and support, so it is priced by institution rather than by seat.

Individual plans

For the analyst

One user, paid online, changed at renewal. Annual billing pays for ten months instead of twelve.

Institutional plans

For teams, ministries and governments

Annual and contracted. A licence carries model configuration, national data integration, calibration, administration, training and support — not a number of logins. Implementation is quoted separately.

National deployments

Whole-of-government

Multiple ministries, departments and agencies on one national configuration, with the statistics office and the central bank integrated.

Comparison

What each plan includes

Hover a row label for what the model or capability is. Limited is a capped or partial entitlement, Add-on is available and priced separately, and Custom is defined in the contract. Entitlements are published licence information; they are enforced by the platform services, not by this page.

Implementation & configuration

Charged separately from the subscription

A subscription grants access. Implementation makes EDIS work for one country and one institution, and is a one-time engagement quoted from the scope. The figures are indicative minimums, not fixed prices.

Implementation includes

    EDIS Academy

Training is priced per participant or per cohort

Analysts trained on the same models their ministry runs. Institutional licences carry training credits; additional places and cohorts are priced here. Dated cohorts, their fees and their full course outlines are published in the Academy.

    Development access pricing

    Pricing that reflects fiscal capacity

The institutions that most need economic decision infrastructure are often those least able to pay a high-income price for it. Development access pricing adjusts institutional subscriptions against the country’s income classification. It is applied at contract.

    Donor-supported deployment

A deployment can be financed by a development partner, by the government, or shared between a donor, the government and EDIS. If you are a development partner considering funding EDIS for a government, we scope it with you and the beneficiary together.

    Add-ons

    Optional modules

Added to any institutional licence at any point in the contract year.

    Sector packages

EDIS Sector is priced by the sector’s model estate and data burden. Each package carries the sector model, its agents, dashboard, data, scenarios, costing, budget linkage, GIS where relevant, MEL, CDCGE linkage, reporting and training.

    Institutional estimator

    Estimate an institutional deployment

An indicative range built from the published bands. A planning aid for budgeting, not an offer.

    Package configurator

    Build your EDIS package

Choose an institution and we show the package EDIS recommends, then adjust it. The recommendation reflects what that institution actually has to decide.

    What a licence carries

Why institutional pricing is not a seat count

    01

    Integrated models

FINEX, MTEF, CDCGE, the Budget Output Engine, UCSN, PIMAPS and the sector models run as one estate. A question routed across them returns one traceable answer.

    02

    Country configuration

The models calibrated to your national accounts, your SAM, your prices and your parameters. That work is what makes a result yours rather than illustrative.

    03

    Data integration

Your registers, surveys and administrative data, integrated under your governance, with provenance recorded on every figure.

    04

    Institutional security

Role-based access, institutional data isolation and an audit trail, with permissions enforced by the platform services rather than by the interface.

    05

    Technical training

Your analysts trained on the models they will run, assessed, and certified against the Academy register.

    06

    Evidence-based modelling

Every number carries its model, version, data, scenario and run ID, and every course states what it does not establish.

    Questions

    Pricing FAQ

    Licence architecture

Access is a licence, not a page

What a user may ask, which models they may run, which countries they may see, how many runs they have and what they may export are all set by the subscription. The plans above are the published packages; underneath, licences are configured records, so a package can be changed without touching the platform.

    Capability matrix

    What each access level includes

    Capability PublicRegisteredProfessional InstitutionalGovernmentEnterprise

Academy access is granted for the duration of a course and is not shown as a column; API access is added to any level from Professional upward. Institutional, government and enterprise terms — seats, countries, run allowances, data integration and support — are set in the contract.

    Configurable licensing

    Packages are data, not code

Administrators alter what a package contains without a software release. The subscription layer holds plans, features, subscriptions, organisations, users, roles, permissions, usage limits, model permissions, agent permissions, API limits, permitted countries, permitted reports, storage limits, expiry and billing status.

Contracts supported include monthly and annual subscriptions, institutional contracts, country licences, enterprise agreements, training licences and trial accounts.

No page on this site contains a price. Every figure published above is rendered from one canonical record, and a contracted figure comes from the licence record for the organisation concerned.

    Academy access

    Tied to a course

Participants receive temporary model access for the duration of a course, workshop, certification or fellowship, with training datasets and a laboratory environment. Training partners may deliver the courses; EDIS subscriptions remain managed by EDIS.
