Agents know which model to call
An agent is not a persona. It is a registered specification: the questions it accepts, the models it calls, the data it needs, the scenarios it supports and the access level required to use it. Cross-sector questions call several agents at once.
The agents that call everything else
Strategic agents answer questions no single sector can. They assemble workflows across the fiscal framework, several sector models, the appraisal system and the economy-wide model, then reconcile the results.
Every registered agent
What EDIS can be asked, and how reliably
Every question is registered with an identifier, an agent, a workflow, the models it calls, the data it requires, its outputs and its validation status. Users can see what is answerable before they ask.
| ID | Question | Agent | Sector | Models | Access | Status | Complexity |

Need a question that is not registered?
The registry is extended as models, datasets and country instances are added. If your institution needs a question class that does not yet exist, it becomes a specification first — agent, models, data, outputs, validation — and only then an answer.
